Each program includes only what a client requires, so that it fits that client’s processes and methodologies perfectly.
Processed-based, a Llorente Contract SIU program consists of:
- Program Set-Up/Evaluation — Llorente SIU™ learns the client’s operation and enters SIU claims data into the proprietary Llorente case management system.
- Training — Llorente SIU™ trains relevant client staff and, as needed, client customers.
- SIU Analysis/Investigation/Referral — Llorente SIU™ analyzes suspect claims and works with client staff members to resolve them to successful conclusions, including prosecutions when appropriate.
- Internal SIU Compliance Auditing — Llorente SIU™ conducts audits and reports the results to the client.
- Communication/Reporting — Adhering to the client’s business model, Llorente SIU™ sets up guidelines for reporting to client personnel and communicating with law enforcement.
