Charges Filed
On December 1, 2005, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office charged Rosa Facun with three counts of Insurance Code Section 1871.4 – Insurance Fraud, and two counts of Penal Code Section 550(b)(3) – Failing to disclose a material event. Llorente SIU™referred this case in mid October, and the DA’s office filed charges 7 weeks later.
Recent Conviction
On December 9, 2005, Sang San pled guilty to one misdemeanor count of Penal Code Section 550(b)(2) – Making a False Statement in an Insurance Claim. He has been sentenced to 360 days county jail (suspended), 3 years probation, and ordered to pay $7,155.54 in restitution. This case was filed by the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office.
