Kristen Llorente, President/CEO
An 18-year SIU industry veteran, Kristen has consulted with and provided SIU training for the claims staff personnel of numerous insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured companies. A UCLA alumnus, Kristen has trained extensively in interviewing/interrogation, staged accident investigation, and medical clinic and workers’ compensation fraud. She belongs to various trade associations that include the Northern and Southern California Fraud Investigators Associations, California Association of Licensed Investigators, and the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.

Nancy Danoff, Vice President/Operations
As Llorente’s Vice President/Operations, Nancy is responsible for oversight of all SIU staff and operations. She has 15 years of insurance investigation background handling workers’ compensation, auto and general liability claims in both SIU and standard investigations. Nancy is also a 13-year veteran of law enforcement, with experience in patrol, accident investigation, academy instruction, and field/administrative supervision
Steven Salinas, SIU Program Manager
As the SIU Program Manager, Steven manages all components of the SIU Programs for national accounts. His SIU investigations have resulted in over 100 insurance fraud prosecutions, including the only insurance fraud prosecution and conviction in Hawaii. Steven spent 23 years in law enforcement, where he worked assignments in organized crime, cargo thefts and vice, before retiring as a Lieutenant in 1992. Prior to joining Llorente’s team, he served as a Senior Fraud Investigator for a California workers’ compensation carrier, and as a SIU Regional Manager for a national third party administrator.
